<p>Last year I took up a single contract with Telkom mobile at the Traderoute mall in Lenasia. Since then my life has become misery. The store or the agent **********ly took out multiple contracts on my name. Multiple debit orders are Presented monthly. Immediately I contacted the Telkom Mobile ***** department who issued me with a case number and promised to rectify the situation and will contact me. Nothing has been done almost a year on. I have to go into my bank to return the ********** debit orders monthly. Recently I have been receiving sms'es from the debt collectors that I am in breach of contract and I should contact them to avoid an adverse credit record. I am a 73 year old women being ****** by Telkom mobile. They refuse to assist me or be of any assistance. The store Manager also refuses to assist me. I need them to resolve this ASAP as its is causing a huge amount of stress in my life. TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC: Telkom deals may sound favourable but please avoid at all cost, rather choose another network as service at times is more valuable than price. </p>
