Telkom has add a recurring data bundle on my account since June 2020 I queried this in November it has been 4weeks with no cancelation of the bundle or a refund on my account. Instead they keep debuting an extra amount of R99. No one can tell me who, why or how the bundle was add to my account. No feedback, they promise to call me back they don't. Even their social media Twitter account just ignores my requesta. The call center is worse they just seem to lie. Every person I have spoken to just lies. Case nr: ***5.
