I am still waiting for Telkom to refund my deposit, I got a SMS from them stating that my case no ********** 5 has been resolved, but that's absolute *******, as I am yet to get my money back. I was phoned by someone, ONCE AGAIN promising that someone will get back to me, to resolve this, nobody did, and I was told they had "resolved it" but that's far from the truth. I am still waiting.... I am on a SASSA grant, and the fact that Telkom is witholding money from me, that is rightfully mine, is extremely outrageous, and I will fight this tooth, and nail... I am tired of empty promises, promising someone will get back to me.

I want my money immediately, or further action will be taken..
