Telkom had a problem with their data and airtime purchasing. After purchasing airtime from my bank account 2 months ago I still hadn't received the airtime but the money was taken out of my account, after going through a whole process and phoning them numerous times, sending bank statements and everything to them they told me it was sorted out but to no avail. I'm seriously considering opening a case of theft.
