*******! Cell Direct Marketing - telkom mobile

I received a call from Shannon at Cell Direct marketing to upgrade my contract on 5th February 2020. I advised that I was not interested, she proceeded to update my information. However I received an sms from Telkom advising of my upgrade. I'm heading to the police station to lay a charge against Telkom and the agent for falsely upgrading my contract. I don't even know what the device was that I was upgraded on... Was it sent to someone else, I don't have a clue.

Telkom was absolutely useless trying to assist me whilst calling at least 4times today. Some agent was so rude to me. ******* service and a bunch of *******
