It has been 6 months since I ended my contract with you. You carried on debiting me for 3 more months for no reason. I queried this, you took long to even give me a response. After slot of run around, you eventually decided you will be processing a refund. 2 months later, I am waiting for that refund and you are not responding to any of my efforts to communicate with you. I went to Facebook, I emailed what you needed. Now you are just ignoring me and not responding. Maggie was the person that was resolving my query. What do you guys want from me?!! I just want my money back.
