I joined Telkom via telemarketing Mobile Talk (wat a big mistake) ,I was told that if I am not happy with the package I can return it within 10 DAYS . After receiving the devices I was disappointed in the signal strength that I had from my home after the sails person told me the signal will be very good in my aria .I returned the devices the next day and received confirmation from mobile talk that the package was canceled .But to my surprise 3 months and lots of E-mails later the debit order from Telkom still going trough every month .The reply on my mails begging them to stop billing me for a package I do not own was very poor and had no outcome .It is as if they do not want to help you , I also visited the branch several times but to no avail .I have countless case references numbers that mean nothing .Now a year later with a outstanding bill from Telkom, a bad credit score and no devices it really feels that I have been ******.
