******* at TELKOM and NUDEBT Useless Staff
<p>I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Telkom and Nudebt for the past month or so and I must say if Telkom continues doing business like this they are better of opening a circus with the Bunch of clowns they have over there, so sad. No Jokes I’m serious!</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve had to deal with *********** staff at Telkom for Far too long, View my past reviews and you will know how app the service is at Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>The latest Clown I’ve had to deal with was Zinhle Gumede - ********** <p> </p> <p>Zinhle provided me with a bank account number (apparently Telkom bank Account) for me to do a deposit into , I requested her to mail me the number so I would have back up in case she Ran off with the money and it seems like that’s exactly what she has done.</p> <p>After providing confirmation of the Eft into the Account via email and trying to contact Zinhle countless times, I have not had any contact from Zinhle to confirm Receipt of the Funds, via email or telephonically</p> <p>The Deposit had been done on the 12th of August and it is now September, does It take this long to confirm, I think not, I can only come to the conclusion that Zinhle Provided me with a ********** Account number to do the Deposit into and now is attempting to avoid me.</p> <p>I have copies and names of all involved including the Nudebt staff who amazingly can’t respond to mails, maybe their fingers have shortened and they cannot reply to emails when requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this issue has to drag on any longer I will be forced to open a case against the Following and if telkom can’t help, trust me Small claims court will.</p> <p>Please can one of the clowns from either company sort this issue out before I decide I need to escalate it further.</p> <p> </p> <p>@Nudebt the 3 People I have dealt with from Your side</p> ********** ********** ********** <p>all 3 have been sent copies of confirmation of payment into the requested account and were asked to liase with Telkom and confirm if payment was received but amazingly all 3 cannot even respond let alone do the requested</p> <p> </p> <p>Copies of all correspondence with all involved can be issued upon request.</p>
