My mother is 90 years old. Her telephone is her life line. Telkom (without her permission) delivered a landline lookalike wireless phone to her without a sim card on 2/11/2018. Their excuse was that all the line in the area will be converted. On 3/11/2018 her phone line was disconnected without her permission. I've been phoning telkom since then on a daily basis and they REFUSE to reconnect her line or deliver the promised sim card. Telkom is a ****** organisation *****ing from a 90 year old white woman because she is paying for a non existent service. They are also trying to **** her because she has no communication to phone someone if she needs help. If something should happen to my mother Telkom will be responsible. Her line NR is ********** 664
