Telkom mobile charged me an extra R500 as out of bundle charges so they say. I have had a contract with telkom for over 3 years now and I have always had a spend limit. When I initially took out an Iphone with Telkom I had a spend a spend limit of about R50. I called Telkom and I spoke to a very unhelpful adviser who told me that I had gone over my spend limit. I then asked her to go thru the notes on my account and she told me that the only notes on my account were notes for this tear and there is nothing for last year. How is it my fault that they can not find a note for when I requested for a spend limit of about R50. You guys are ******* I want my money back and I even taking this to the ombudsman I am not going to let this go, You better sort out my issue as soon as possible
