A payment was debited on the 25th of June for the amount of R1697, which was the total due amount. Today I get my statement and that payment is not reflecting. I called their call center and they say that the amount is reflecting but somehow they have added R202 for an unpaid account which is not a true reflection because the account is up to date and they have no reason to charge me for "a dishonored debit order". When I brought it to the agents' attention she still insists that I am liable for it.
