Well it goes to show how very effisient this company really are when the customer support "book" a callbck from their supervisors (Twice) and they dont even bother, Telkom employed a guy who is supposed to be a whiz kid in customer service and stated that "no customer should have to call twice" what a load of ****, I have phone 9 times and still my query has not been resolved, furthermore I have been told I used the data but very conveniently they cant tell me WHERE I USED IT, but as they are a big company it is stuff the customers lets just get the money, I had to call the invoice department to as why they are charging me CLI (caller line identity on a DATA SIM and they back dated it as well to add insult to injury WHAT A DISGUSTING THIEVING COMPANY THIS REALLY IS
