For more than a year I struggled to cancel LTE contract. Even with all the proof and references that hellkom refused to act on I could get nowhere. To get rid of you I payed to money you ******ed from me and you still refuse to send me an account showing this payment. It's now been more that 4 months since you stole that money from me. THIEVING *********** #@$@ **********

So little effort goes into these 'we are so sorry for the inconvenience while we ***** your money' response that it is scary, well not really since it fits in with the rest of your service levels - laer as slap k*k op die see bodem.
