Im still waiting for a fault to be fixed that ive reported more than 2 months ago. This is the 6th time that ive reported it. Ive had it with their useless staff promising me that a technician will come out and he never shows up. Just to top it all off they expect me to still pay the full amount. They lie and ***** as they want. This is the last time im reporting this fault. After this im cancelling my account and going to social media with this.
