<p>I have a modem with Telkom that is supposed to be R350 per month sometimes i get debits and sometimes i don't, i paid Telkom last month R960.00 which is absurd for i am actually supposed to pay R350 only so i let that go, i noticed i get charged a rejection fee of R140 if my debits does not go off from telkom but telkom does not even debit me! According to Telkom i am in arrears with my account and still owe R209.00 which they also did not debit me this month so i will probably be nailed with another R140.00 rejection fee, like i said sometimes i get debit orders sometimes i don't and to top it up Telkom sends me wrong statements with wrong amounts owing them i sick of being ********** i will be contacting the NCR as Telkom refuses to communicate with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day!</p>
