If your account is 1 or 2 months in arrears they deduct that full amount , according to them your account must be 3 months in arrears before they can arrange to split the payment over 3 months for you ....That's bullsh*t I work in this Industry and TELKOM are ******* , they dont care about their clients I have a contract with them and i have never received a call from them not once ever since i have this contract BAD SERVICE , WORST SERVICE PROVIDER THESE PEOPLE DISGUST ME !!!
