****ing disgusted at your services , been supporting you with more than 8 devices in the past 5 years and how you handle things at customer services is the worst. Taking 6 days already to try and get my money refunded that you guys stole when you debited my account on the wrong date . Now i have to cancel birthday plans due to the money that you stole was for the accommodation etc . Never ****ing again , I will take this further to the newspaper and will not support you dumb assholes anymore
