In June, a lady called me to offer me a new cell contract as I was a existing customer. She offered me the Freeme 1 gig sim only deal. So I took 2 lines. The Sim cards arrived the following week. I was unaware that she had put me on a data only deal for both lines. I called them and they refused to take responsibility and try to correct the issue. I asked them to cancel the contract as this was not what I agreed to.

A manager calling himself Allan called me and said he will the contract in June.

The Sim cards were deactivated in first week in July.

I have been debited for 4 months and have no access to any service. Numerous calls only leads you being transferred or the consultant starts the whole process all over again. Lies and incompetence is too nicer words to describe Telkom mobile and its staff.

Never again will I ever use these *****s.
