*****-kom, service not even the Devil would like
I've submitted the F2 cancelation form in January 2018. Telkom even called me back to confirm the line and the account will be shut down as of February 2018. I'm still being charged over R1000 every month for a 'closed' account and they use a different account and amount every month. So, you can't even set up a stop order and you can't reverse the payments!
Opening a Telkom account has been one of the worse mistakes of my life!

It has been MONTHS of back and forth fighting with your company. I’m absolutely FED-up with the fact that everyone gives me blanket statements like; "We are looking into this and will get back to you", "A dispute has been logged, someone will contact you soon" and "Please send your information to ********** so we can look into the matter further". Yet your company is lightning fast at taking my money!
To this day, I’m STILL getting invoices and being charged for a service that isn't functional at all! Your company is engaging in ********** activities here! Unless you plan to actually assist me with this issue, please don't waste my time by responding with stalling statements
