They’re withholding my cellphone number

I’ve been trying to do a sim swap with Telkom for 4 days now, and they refuse to give me my number. I can’t access my banking, work can’t reach me, I can’t do school work I’ve asked that that I port my number to another provider and they say no. I’ll sleep in this shop tonight

you guys can’t just refuse to give me back my number, affecting so many things in my life.
