THEY'RE NOT PAYING MY MONEY BACK

I've paid off my contract with telkom and was supposed to get my deposit back. It's been over a month now and have gotten my money, I've been told twice that my money was released and that it should reflect soon and still nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'M TAKING A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM.
