Secondly, there was a fault on their side when trying to receive a payment from me yet my line was still suspended even after I had called multiple times and shown proof of payment. When calling for about the 10th time in a week I was told there was nothing they could do ? Alright, so I should just sit without wifi after paying for it MORE THAN A WEEK AGO? Still nothing has been done and in order for me to get my money back that I paid they want to charge me another R300, Telkom is the biggest **** out there. I highly recommend everyone who has a contract with them or is considering it that you look elsewhere for the service because you wont get it here.
