They will mess up your Credit Profile

These people are all ridiculous man.

I ordered a telkom online about 4 months ago and has never been installed. Now they billing me for something that was never installed in the first place.

Even worse, I call their service line (Which by the way never gets picked up) for a WHOLE WEEK and still never gets picked up. Wasting my airtime for countless minutes waiting for an agent to pick up and still nothing happens.

I then go to their Store, yes the one in Port Elizabeth and still I cannot get helped. Instead they say I must go back online for them to call me back and still no help.

When they call they look for new customers, never assisting with my issue.

Its really so disappointing that the place that ****s you up still wont even insist on helping you.

I mean what must I do when even the call agents themselves tell you they cannot help you because they cannot escalate to a different department.
