They waste your time. Pathetic Customer service
I was given incorrect information by Vuyo Mzimela. After holding on the phone for 18 minutes, I used the chat function and spoke to a gentleman named Mpho who assisted me and gave me correct information. He called me back and assisted me stating that I would be put through to a sales Representative immediately. As of this moment, I have been holding for 38 minutes. This is really pathetic.
