They want money for doing nothing

<p>I requested for An Adsl line to be installed in order for me to use one of their data packages at my home. i bought my phone and they came to install the line. However since then i could not connect my phone or my router that came with the package... i phoned Telkom numerous times to assist but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i received a phone call from Debt-in in regards to outstanding payments! i have never made a phone call in my life on the line installed and never used their router for data yet they are requesting me to </p> <p>pay a huge amount.
