They take your money and give you nothing!

I have completed an online application form for a data contract. Someone phoned me back and confirmed my application and details. On the 2nd of Oct I received an sms saying that my application was successful and that a payment from my bank account will be made within the next 3 days. The next day money was taken out of my bank account. I was expecting my device to be delivered shortly since everything was confirmed and payment made. However, a week later, I still haven't received anything! I tried phoning them, but there sales dept does not answer their phones! (Telkom... And they can't answer a phone...) I then went to my local branch, and they claim to have no record of me or my application... But still, they took my money! I was then told that I need to complete an application all over again. Which I did. But still, no reply and no feedback! I still have not received any device, or confirmation that my first or second application has been processed, but they have taken my money! I don't know what is left for me to do. Maybe I should lay a charge of ***** and theft to get a reaction out of them...
