They take premiums like clockwork but refuse to fix network issues / download speed

If you thinking of getting a telkom LTE line, DONT. I REPEAT DONT BUY TELKOM LTE CONTRACTS, DONT, DONT, DONT EVEN THINK OF IT. I have posted to them on numerous occasions that it is not working. I have sent them speedtest screenshots to show them the speed. The TELKOM LTE network is ****. I want my line cancelled. I also want my premiums refunded for the last month. I refuse to accept this disgusting service. They did not even have the decency to call me and ask me whats going on. They sent an sms, CHEAPSKATES, how low can you go. Its absolutely disgusting. Their facebook team tried to patronize me, I don't need that. I need what I paid for. You are not doing me any favours, I am paying you R800 a month. You seriously need to get your **** together. Its simple, Get your **** together or cancel my line & refund me. I don't need your cra'ppy slow LTE network. Kiss my business goodbye. my number is ***
