they take my money but don't deliver service

this is the second time i am posting and it is getting worse. telkom have still not fixed my account and after the last complaint i was told someone would contact me well i am still waiting. now my e-mail does not work and cannot get it sorted by telkom they once again said someone from technical would call me. telkom is useless and are messing customer around on purpose. its probably because i am white.
