They stole my data

There are no words existing to describe the lack of integrity and lies and stink attitude of the staff of Telkom that i dealt with for the past three months. I contacted their call centre to help with the free wifi that they give, and told the person I spoke to that I am using my phone as a hotspot. The person did not advise me that I cannot use the free wifi that way and ever gladly advised me how to connect. My data was then taken instead of the free wifi. Then started my journey with the worst, rotten, stink service I have ever received. Most of them did not make notes and I had to repeat myself when I phoned to follow up after they promised me that they will call me. Then when I called back, the person assigned to my case disappeared. I then asked to speak to a manager thinking that I will get some better treatment, but it turned out worse. One manager even told me that a senior manager just sent out an instruction for me to be contacted but that did not even help. I think i was just **** to so that they could get rid of my call. There was actually one manager named Melissa, who honored her word every time I spoke to her. This is the second time Telkom did this to me.
