They ***** your data and deliver the worst service ever!!!

<p>Its so sad that such a trusted company can deliver such bad service. I bought 1gb data on 7th June at 17h00 and by 18h00 it was finihsed, I called in and spend an hour on the line with the manager Gift who kept explaining the same thing over and over. He advises that they are getting tons of calls about data disappearing. I have 5 accounts with Telkom which i spend on average R1600-R2000 a month on with Telkom. I am ever so sorry that i recommmended you to my friends and family. I bought data again today 09 June at 11am and by 11h20 an entire 800mb was gone. I spent another hour on the line with an agent who gave me attitude. She then dropped the line. I am fedup with the Bull**** service and *****s!!!!!!!!!!! you have no solutions only excuses and tell me that i have to wait 7-14 days for a reply. But you make my money disappear in minutes. I wish to cancel all contracts i have with your company. So sad that one has to be driven to this point. </p>
