They sold a phone to me without my data that supposed to come with package

Order number: ********** 108 Cell number ********** 933 I can't comprehend how upset I am with your service. I ordered me a device Sony xz at promenade mall the guy I was dealing with name Mikeyle. He promised me it would take maximum of 7 days I nearly waited 3 weeks for device and with that being said he never kept me posted I had to keep going in. Also when device came it was a back and forth then serial number problem and that took more time very poor communication. I specifically took this device for the extra gigs I finally got device but without my 10 gigs and he promised this would sorted next day when I left store. It's still not sorted and what's worse I had no data and was being billed. I find your service to unacceptable and unreliable I did not sign up for this. I feel like take the phone back in I just had enough and I am not paying for any extra data charges I will take you to court because this is not the contract I sign for to walk out of the store data less. Either you sort and give my gigs back and not charge me for additional flats charges or I'm returning this device. I will not accept this poor service and lies of delivery. You cannot promote lies to customers. I spoke to lesley and Mikeyle both were not of good help I have never experienced such an ********** cellphone experience!
