They simply don't care...

<p>I’ve had Massive and multiple disputes since 2015. Telkom is unable to provide what I was paying for. So I halted payment until the dispute was resolved.(I’ve dealt with them before. I know they will take my money without ever resolving the issue) It was never resolved, and therefore I will not pay for services I never received. Telkom acknowledged this in writing. So I opt to cancel my line and move to VOX. There were no issues with VOX. It works 100%. I ask on multiple occasions for Telkom to get back to me regarding the dispute. As usual, no one ever contacts you. I have a list as long as my arm of people I've dealt with, and the promises they **** about. Here's the kicker. After a few months, of Telkom not contacting me about the dispute, I get a text message from some random debt collector agency. They've sold my, "written-off" account to some shady agency. No one even called to confirm the previous dispute. I didn't even know the status of the account. So Telkom doesn't deliver a service, they then charge for not delivering that service. Then I dispute it multiple times, no one calls me back, and they just hand the account over. Now I sit with the negative credit rating. Now I have to get harassed by these ****s, now I have to waste my time and call Telkom to find out why they’ve messed up AGAIN! If any company wants to know, “How NOT to do business – while having a monopoly”, call Telkom, because they won’t call you, and ask, “How?” Best of all, I'm now going on "faith" that someone will resolve this. I couldn't be given a refferance number for my call....because reasons. However, Thembisile Gcabashe has been an absolute angel. She's gone far beyond any other assistance I've recieved from Telkom thus far. I just hope she keeps her promises. I'm sure you will Thembisile :) </p>
