they r completely useless!!!

My gran and I went into the store after my data for the contract phone cut off. They said that I finished it so we then paid 150rand for the extra 2gigs. Which I can't even use! I went back in store and also called the call center! With no help. They said they will reconnect it but its 3 and a half weeks later!! And still nothing!!! Telkom is a useless network and the store is *********** they can't even sort out this query.
