They phone u back but they do nothing about it

hi all, well ,once again Telkom mobile do it again , they promise things but nothing gets done , they phone u from the social media team and say things will happen , refunds etc but no feed back whats so ever , which means even the top people don't care now . What's next , cart blanch , the star news paper , ha it seems they don't care , they spend millions on advertising but don't care about there customers once they have u strapped to reigns of control.( I am only trying to help a friend whom this happen too where they owe him over 6000 for bad network connections which they charged him every month and there is no signal where he lives and they have confirmed this .
