They may respond, but they do nothing

Telkom responds to Hellopeter reports. Use words like escalate... Lies. I'm being billed for services I do not require and specifically said I do not want to sign up for. Phoning you doesn't help, that sms number of yours is a farce, and you send cut and paste responses to Hellopeter and do not follow through. This is my third complaint. My line is going to be cut. I'm being held ransom where i must either pay or you cut. That's a serious offense. Service company.. Does anyone agree that Telkom provides the kind of service they can be proud of? Not if you look at all their fails. The only communication I do receive from them is sms' selling their services (really), and their bills. So go ahead, cut and paste another reply. Lies.
