They make it impossible to cancel a contract

<p>My 7.5 gig promo contract has been running month to month with expensive tariffs that telkom never explained upfront. On 23 August I put in a cancellation request, which they promised to effect within 21 working days. To this day it hasn't been actioned. I've called the call centre 5 times and each time they said the challenge will be escalated and resolved but dololo. I see that they are trying to hold me hostage to their new excessive fees. I won't allow that</p>
