They just take money as it suits them
I have 3 contracts with Telkom Mobile, my invoice per month ranges between R900 and R1100.
My one contract went off from debit order but the other two was R1600.
When I phoned in they said it was the pro-rata because I upgraded in September.
As the call went on, I found out that Telkom mobile put an extra R369 on my account without me even knowing it!!!
I told them to cancel it and the lady gave me a case number.
I asked the same lady to change my debit order to go off from one account, she did it, but said it will go off at the end of December.
I paid the R1600, just because not to get my lines disconnected and two days after that, they tried to take R1751 from my account.
My biggest problem with telkom mobile is:
1. They can breach a contract just as they want, but heaven forbid you do something wrong!
2. My contract clearly states that my debit order is at the end of the month, but they take whenever they want to, thus unpaid debits results in me not being able to buy a house thanks to incompetence and breaching of contract from their side.
3. They give your number to a company in \tokyo"which calls you every single day (with false accents) to buy shares in their company.
"""
