They just dont come

Telkom was suppose to come install a new line at my place on the 11/08/15 and they send me a message the friday before to say cant and gave me a date of the 18/08/15 and i had to go to telkom to remind them about my installation, the installation guy came at late to my house and told me they need to run a new cable and told me he would get back to me the next day, he never,i had to push his car to start it. <br> iI had to go to telkom on the 03/08/15 to remind them that my line still had not been done and they then booked my installation for the 07/08/15 and they sent me a long message saying i need to be at home the whole day because this is a all day installation and they didnt come and not even a call or a message to let me know.<br> <br> IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF TELKOM!!!<br> The store service is good but that is were it ends.
