THEY JUST DONT CARE

I have had an issue with my adsl since they installed it, i have called and complained about it for over a month now. they keep promising someone will call and rectify this but nobody ever does, they don't even have the decency to cal and let me know anything. every time i call they say they have closed the case because it was \resolved"when is was not. I have been fighting for weeks and weeks on end with them only to get false promises and LIES. i have spoken to their center agents"
