They just do what they want with no regards for customer needs

<p>First of, it is sad that this has to be my third review in a week. how many time can they srew up one order. first of all. they only put in a voice line after a reqeusted the agent in store for a dsl and voice line. then after telling every person that came to my house that i need a dsl and voice line they went and installed a juction line which cannot take dsl. now the excuse is they cannot migrate to an normal voiceline to do the migration to ADSL due to systems that are down. usually i would be the type of person that accepts a excuse like this, however after all that i have been through since i app**** for the line it is every time i speak to them one excuse after the other. at the end i must still suffer the consequences of their initial and continued incompetence. Hopefully after this, the 3rd review in a weeks time, it will finally be resolved.</p>
