They just can't get it right

I was over-charged, opened a case and won. My account was suspended because they said I owed the money, then they took the money off my account and left me disconnected. After realizing they stuffed up, they connected me, refunded the money and credited me for time lost. Awesome. Until they did the same thing a month later! Suspended my account saying I still owe that money (there is no sign of it on my invoice...because I don't owe it!)...2 weeks later and I am still running around in circles with them and I am still disconnected! Really Telkom? :(
