They increase my limits without notifying me

Telkom decided to increase my spending limit without notifying me , i called them last week they told me they have remove it . today i found out that they where lying to me. that means in order for me to stop using the amount they have increase for me , i must take out my SIM card and stop using it . <br> <br> How can Telkom increase my spending limit without notifying me. every time i call them the keep telling me it will be remove from the following months . the system is like a **** .
