They have ******* processes. I called to make changes to my banking details. I was told that my new bank account is too new for them to make changes. Furthermore I cannot make an eft payment as I initially agreed to a debit order. Other companies that I have dealt went smoothly, it just had to be this one to come with *******. ******* company with nonsensical processes.
