<p>I made an online application for an iPhone 5s for my younger brother on the 18th of February, a consultant called me on Tuesday, she asked me to fill in a form which contained what I had already filled in on my online form. I filled it in sent it back to her, I sent her an email asking about the progress of my application, she never rep****, I got hold of the sales department's email. I sent an email, a different lady called me now, apologizing, she advised that someone who call me to process after 5 minutes another lady called we completed an application telephonically, she said my application has been provisionally accepted and that the first debit order would go of in the next two days and it did, I waited for a month from the initial date of application my phone hasn't been delivered, I needed this phone for my brother to interact with his classmates for school purposes, that was the main reason he needed it. I waited for the phone, no one said anything. I eventually sent them an email asking to cancel that was 3 weeks ago, no confirmation email has been sent nor my money being returned to my account! NB I have all the names and surnames of people I dealt with putting your names on Hello Peter would cause damage to your careers! Return that debit order and send me a letter confirming that I have cancelled!</p>
