They **********ly took the school money under false pretence. We need answers!!!!

I have had a very unpleasant experience with the above mentioned company which my school has been using for a number of years. In 2018 around April two men Mafodi and Lebo came to the school because we had a problem with our fax line and they told us they will have it sorted. They then offered us a new machine ( Canon) under the pretext that it was a gift to the school. They they then also included Wifi routers which they also said are free. I has to sign for the free items which they had given as gift but they **********ly made me sign on an incorrect invoice made for the high school which is wrong since we are in the Primary. This we only discovered later when a lot of charges which we did not understand were attached to the school invoice. Another thing the school has 5 new lines which we do not understand and we have had promises that they are being fixed. In the interim the school is still paying for ***** done by telkom employees and we need to understand why! Someone please tell us why a school is being ******.
