They dont want your money

Pathetic service!!! I get there to get a new I phone (Firstly I wish to know why you advertise, but only this horrible shop has stock of the I phone 8, and no one has stock of the I phone X) then I get told I cannot get a new line on my contract unless I have a copy of my ID and proof of residence (I have had a contract with you for the last 5 years!) Then I drive back to PTA to get a copy of my ID and an ADSL statement from Telkom. I get back to the shop to get told, "no sorry we have to make a copy of my ID", what is the difference if I make a copy or if you do??? this while there are 3 different shades of black ID copies laying on the counter! And an ADSL Telkom statement isn't good enough for proof of residence. I even offered to pay my old contract up, so we can do an upgrade, the lady tells me, yes I can pay it up, but she doesn't know what is going to happen then. It is extremely clear that this Telkom shop doesn't want your money. My suggestion, rather move on. Mall of Africa isn't too far form them and even Eastgate is around the corner. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP, THEY WONT HELP YOU. THEY HAVE MADE ENOUGH MONEY, THEY DON'T NEED YOURS!
