They dont like fixing faults

Our phone has no dial tone so it cant phone Telkom with the error. And so I reported it online 2 days ago. Go on to check the status of my fault and all it says is open meaning it hasnt even been seen. I am running a business from home and this is unacceptable.<br> <br> Here is the long and short of the issue: No dial tone on the landline, cannot receive calls. The ADSL is running but at such a slow pace I cant get anything done.
