they dont honor their promise

app**** for a cell phone contract three weeks back online one of hte agent called me back we completed application over the phone she told me will get sms once my contract its approved got sms that my contract has been pre approved debit oder of 179 went through my account successfully even today am still waiting feedback spend close to 1000 caloling telkom spoke to Sebongile one of the mangement from sales department who gave me tracking numberSAP*** when tried to track it its not for me its for someone else logged com0plaint on hello peter ref got back is SM150292 but even today no one from Telkom bothered to call me telkom they ate my money for nothing am taking this matter to the ombuds man how can you deduct someone's money and you dont deliver if i knew would have went to another service provide want telkom to refund me before end of business today and will go to cell c for a new phone
