They dont do what they promise

TELKOM - Your staff at langeberg mall are *********** and rude, they don't know their products and don't want to help pensioners, I mean that is why you are there for. The oldest female consultant, your attitude towards my grandparents are unacceptable, and I will not accept this, I had issues with you before and was assisted by ***hi at head office, once again, my grandparents have a bill of R 750.00 instead of a R 350.00 which they can afford, because you guys promised on deal and charge them for something else, I am tired of trying to fix your mess and if we don't resolve this urgently will take it further, I was asked nicely the previous time to give you a chance, before going to the telecom commission, but this time I will. TELKOM WHY CANT YOU GET IT RIGHT? You need more business but your staff can't handle it.
