They don't know what is a Migration???

I am so sick and tired of calling Telkom and visiting the store for a Migration that either they answer for me before they know get guidance or they say they will call me back when I go through to the external company Cell... <br> <br> Telkom must tell me now if they want my business or not cause there is other providers that can clearly assist me they not the only comms provider in this country.<br> <br> CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME TO ASSIST WITH MY MIGRATION!!!!!
